Artisan Guild of Southern Illinois
Collage of Artisan Hands

The Artisan Guild of Southern Illinois was formed as a non-profit organization to further the understanding of and appreciation for all arts and fine crafts with special emphasis in the arts and crafts of our heritage (fibers, fabrics, smithing, pottery, basketry, weaving, leathercraft, woodworking, homestead life and more). This will be accomplished through the conduct and support of workshops, classes, demonstrations, displays, meetings, lectures, and sales.

The Guild hosts special Study Groups which meet regularly to discuss specific topics such as weaving, spinning, needlecrafts, pottery, and heritage crafts. Additional Study Groups may be formed as member interests dictate.

Look around our website, we think you'll like what you see. Interested in joining the Guild? Visit our Membership page. Or, contact us with your questions, comments, or ideas!
