Artisan Guild Study Groups:
WeavingThe Weaving Study Group furthers everyone's understanding of loom weaving using all varieties of looms. Topics range from basic weaving skills to more advanced discusssions on weaving structures and color theory. The Group holds workshops, shares ideas, completes Group projects then shares results, and co-ops Group supply purchases. A loom may be available through the Guild Equipment Loan Program if needed. The Weaving Study Group meets the first Thursday of each month from 6:30 to 8:30pm at the O'Fallon Illinois Public Library. Holidays and other activities may result in meeting rescheduling. It is best to contact the Guild via email to confirm meeting date, time, and location. You must be a member of the Guild to belong to a study group, but visitors are welcome.
